Job Description Job Description Job Title: Order Picker / Warehouse Associate Location: SE OKC Pay: $14hr Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is heavily focused on accurate and efficient order picking , ensuring materials and products are selected, verified, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and pull orders based on pick tickets and shipping documentation Verify product quantities and specifications to ensure order accuracy Receive and inspect incoming shipments Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Assist with packing and preparing outbound shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety and warehouse procedures Qualifications: Previous experience in order picking within a warehouse environment required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Basic computer or inventory system knowledge preferred Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Understanding of shipping and logistics processes is a plus
