Sales Representative or Manager looking to make the next step up in

President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales
growth and profitability by managing our fine grind product
portfolio. Your primary focus will be on: Develop and maintain
strong relationships with existing customers Identify and pursue
new customer and market opportunities Work to maintain
product-balanced sales Develop strategies for improved
profitability Create sales budget and maintain a track to achieve
the budget Working closely with production, logistics, and customer
service teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and
exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Maintenance,
development and continuous improvement of sales for our business
Drive company growth through a strong emphasis on developing
opportunities and markets while maintaining existing accounts
Create and implement business plans that drive growth through
market research Identify new markets for existing and newly
developed products Develop sales forecasts and budgets Develop
pricing strategies for products and markets Take the lead to
resolve customer concerns involving quality or service Maintain
industry association relationships Implement strategic plan to
build strong customer relationships and book of business Maintain
CRM Prospecting and reporting Dispatch coordination Qualifications
Proven track-record in sales of similar products College degree,
preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills 5 years of
successful B2B sales in the industrial minerals product industry
Ability and desire to relocate to the region, preferred Strong
business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify
growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans. Experience in
contract negotiations with customers on purchase orders and
multi-year supply contracts. Proficient in using CRM software and
other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales
performance. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers
and attend industry events. Unrelenting determination coupled with
impressive resilience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of
our products and how they are used in various industries including
Glass, Feed, Fertilizer, Mineral Filler or other industry
applications General knowledge of industrial minerals plant
processing, quality control, scale house, and dispatch functions
Technology Capabilities - proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,
Power Point, etc. Solid organizational and time management skills,
with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ethics and
integrity - comply with best practices and strict compliance with
the Company's Core Values and Code of Conduct Safety - adhere to
safety regulations (state, federal, company) while on site. Attend
and speak at plant safety meetings
