Job Description:

care, as an Account Executive within our dedicated team. In this
role, you will be instrumental in forging strong relationships with
healthcare providers, educating them about our hospice and
palliative services, and ultimately extending our mission to
provide dignity and comfort to more patients and families across
the Southeast. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend
sales acumen with a passion for healthcare, facilitating meaningful
connections in the community we serve. Develop and maintain
relationships with physicians, hospital case managers, long-term
care facilities, and other potential referral sources. Educate
potential clients and referral sources about our services,
benefits, and the distinction of Agape Care's approach to hospice
and palliative care. Meet or exceed growth and sales targets by
effectively utilizing marketing strategies and delivering
compelling presentations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery. Participate
in community events to promote the organization’s services and
enhance community engagement. Maintain detailed records of sales
activities and client communications in compliance with company and
industry regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage negotiations and close deals Knowledge of
healthcare administration and regulatory environments Ability to
work compassionately with individuals experiencing end-of-life
stages Excellent organizational and time management skills Medical

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel is
essential to this role. Certifications in Sales Management or
Healthcare Administration are a plus.
