About the Role:
System One is partnering with our client in search of a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong background in hospital projects to oversee all phases of construction initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team in a pivotal role that directly impacts the successful delivery of high-quality healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary constraints.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining clear and ongoing communication.
Oversee contract administration and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure project requirements are met.
Collaborate with estimating teams to develop comprehensive scopes of work for contract processes.
Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and making necessary updates to meet timelines.
Administer project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, submittals, and requests for information.
Conduct financial management of project budgets, interfacing with accounting to track gross margins and ensure cost controls are in place.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating effective problem-solving and dispute resolution.
Champion quality assurance and safety programs, collaborating with the Project Superintendent and Safety Manager.
Document and lead client progress meetings, generating and distributing detailed reports as necessary.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience with a demonstrated track record in hospital or healthcare-related projects.
Thorough understanding of construction management principles, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, E-Builder) and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
Certifications such as CPR, OSHA 30, and a clean drug test are required.
