Job DescriptionLooking for a Facility Maintenance Technician in our Jones Ok Plant.The Facility Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing various general labor activities that provide assistance at the jobsite.Prefer Wastewater Maintenance Experience.RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms small concrete repairs on sidewalks and plant roadways.Maintains all buildings including remodels, painting interior and exterior.Small construction projects. Including carpentry, flooring, cabinet installation and plumbing.Fulfills all safety requirements.Completes and files all necessary paperwork.Other duties as assigned.Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evening and 24-hour emergency on call.1st./Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Weekends/On-Call as NeededEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED.Licenses/Certifications:. Valid Driver's License Class B CDL. Other licenses (may vary according to specific site and assignments): SCBA, Confined Space, Confined Space Rescue, Crane and Forklift Operator, Rigging, Metal Cutting, Skill Assessment rating of 100%, Class C wastewater license, MX tech 3 CertificationTechnical: Ability to follow manual & operating instructions. Knowledge of process control techniques, maintenance procedures & safety practices. Ability to perform routine maintenance/repairs. Ability to work with required tools (including jack hammer, demolishing saw, etc.). Comfortable in and around water/raw sewage.Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Willing to help others. Maintains composure in challenging situations.Problem Solving & Quality: Pays attention to detail. Identifies & solves problems. Escalates issues accordingly. Checks work for quality.Managing For Results: Works well with supervision. Takes projects to completion.
