Commercial superintendent will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. They manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and materials to ensure efficient project execution while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client requirements. Run/manage project from start to finish
Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
Commercial Construction experience- Health care, Education, office, recreational, etc
-5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent
- Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
