Position Overview: We are currently seeking a determined and dynamic Director, Growth Marketing who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. The Director of Growth Marketing is a senior strategic leader responsible for accelerating DTC customer acquisition and digital performance across paid media, affiliate, SEO, CRO, and eCommerce. This role fills a critical capability gap—providing deep expertise, test-and-learn rigor, and hands-on leadership across all growth-driving channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and collaborates cross-functionally to translate strategy into scalable execution. Key Responsibilities: Growth & Performance Marketing Strategy Own DTC acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, SEO, and CRO Lead agency and internal team execution across performance channels, ensuring KPIs (CPL, ROAS, lead volume, CVR) are achieved Manage digital budget pacing and channel allocations to drive efficiency and growth Guide testing roadmap for digital campaigns and landing pages; promote a data-informed growth culture Affiliate & eCommerce Expansion Build and scale affiliate programs from the ground up, in partnership with the internal team and external agency Launch and optimize eCommerce strategies to expand self-service acquisition Establish benchmarks and performance targets for emerging channels Analytics, Insights, & Channel Optimization Use insights from internal teams, platforms, and the Marketing Analyst to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion paths Leverage lead scoring outputs to prioritize high-value audiences, tailor messaging strategies, and improve downstream conversion rates Provide strategic input on lead scoring model development to ensure alignment with acquisition goals (though not responsible for implementation) Monitor KPIs weekly/monthly and translate insights into clear next steps for internal and agency teams Drive continuous optimization in media efficiency, channel mix, and creative performance Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage and mentor the Growth team, supporting day-to-day campaign execution Partner closely with the Brand, MarTech, Analytics, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure growth efforts are integrated across the funnel Align growth strategy with company-level sales, retention, and operational goals Serve as a key thought partner to the SVP of DTC and VP of Marketing in channel strategy, vendor performance, and growth innovation Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles with budget and channel ownership Expertise in paid media (search/social), affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact), SEO fundamentals, and CRO Experience launching and/or scaling eCommerce or lead generation strategies in a subscription-based or RMR business Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms, lead scoring, and marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, GA4, Iterable) Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing paid programs based on data-driven insights Proven leadership and vendor management experience; able to manage agency relationships and internal teams Highly collaborative and action-oriented with strong communication and prioritization abilities Benefits: Brinks Home recognizes the value of benefits for you and your family, so we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with Employer Match, Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays, HSA/FSA, Life & AD&D Insurance, Disability Coverage, Maternity/Parental Leave, Mental & Physical Health Benefits, Employee Resource Groups, Volunteer Hours, Discounted Equipment & Monitoring, and Employee Referral Program To learn more about our company culture and career opportunities, please visit our LinkedIn and Career Page .
