Job Description:
Responsible for completing a variety of activities around
accurate and timely research and maintenance, filing, payment, and
issue resolution for all client payroll taxes. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculate, file and submit payment for original and amended
taxes based on agency specific requirements.
- Research, track and resolve assigned tax notices from agencies
and assigned tickets from clients and service departments
- Proof other specialists work to identify any errors for
correction before they are sent out.
- Research and review agency changes and updates to ensure
current processes are still in alignment with agency
requirements.
- Perform audits and collaborate with agencies and internal
business partners to manage and maintain accuracy on client tax
actions.
- Assist in special projects and assignments including training
and testing Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma
- Must be business fluent in French and English PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS Experience:
- 1+ year of administrative, accounting, payroll, data entry, or
related experience Skills/Abilities:
- Detail oriented.
- Well organized.
- Cooperative and able to effectively work on a team.
- Ability to use computer applications, printers, copier, fax
machine and telephone. Intermediate computer skills in Excel, MS
Office Suite, Outlook and Web-based Platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of mathematics, accounting, tax and finance
principles.
- Advanced knowledge of complex auditing, reconciliation and
general ledger principles.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting and principles.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationships with
moderately to very complex products and services with limited
supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to use self-discretion, time management
and prioritization of daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to perform research and effectively solve
problems.
- Ability to build trust and collaborative relationships.
- Ability to perform research and effectively solve

supervision.
- Ability to manage complex projects with limited
supervision.
