Lead Pay Rate and Hours: $20-$24 8am-5pm Monday - Friday, with
Saturday's if needed. Shipping Lead Job Description: Shipping Lead
is responsible for overseeing the daily operations. This role
ensures all jobs scheduled to ship each day are accurately
identified, labeled, documented, and shipped using daily job log.
The Shipping Lead works closely with Production, Packaging, and
carrier partners to support timely and accurate deliveries Shipping
Lead Skills: Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and distribution
operations Experience using shipping software and carrier systems
(FedEx and UPS preferred) Strong leadership, organization, and time
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to think
critically, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems Ability to
multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume
environment Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and similar tools)
Basic math skills Ability to meet production and delivery deadlines
consistently Willingness to lead by example and support continuous
improvement Forklift Certification (required or ability to obtain)
