Details Job Details: We are seeking a talented Software Developer
to join our dynamic team in the energy industry. This role is for
individuals who are passionate about technology and have a deep
understanding of software development. The successful candidate
will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing
innovative software solutions to address complex business issues
while delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: As a Consulting Software Developer, you will be
responsible for: 1. Designing, developing, and implementing
software solutions to address the complex business needs of our
energy industry clients. 2. Collaborating with cross-functional
teams to define, design, and ship new features. 3. Working with
stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives and
align software solutions to meet these needs. 4. Providing
technical expertise and leadership in the development and continual
improvement of service. 5. Implementing continuous integration and
continuous deployment (CI/CD) for improved software quality and
delivery speed using Azure DevOps. 6. Leveraging Agile
methodologies to drive and deliver technology solutions. 7.
Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle,
including design, development, testing, deployment, and
maintenance. 8. Troubleshooting and resolving application issues
and improving the performance of application systems. 9. Conducting
training and providing guidance to team members on technical
topics. 10. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and
technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the
industry. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will
need: 1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of
experience in software development. 3. Proficiency in MSSQL, Agile,
React, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps. 4. Experience in the energy
industry would be a significant advantage. 5. Strong
problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development. 6.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Strong
attention to detail. 8. Ability to work independently and in team
settings. 9. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple,
diverse projects simultaneously. 10. Ability to work under pressure
and meet tight deadlines. 11. A passion for staying updated with
the latest advancements in technology and integrating them into
