Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tier 3
Technical Support to join our team in the Tech Services industry.
This exciting role involves providing the highest level of
technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the
smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. As a Tier 3 Technical
Support consultant, you will be the last line of defense in our IT
support structure and will work closely with our teams to resolve
highly complex technical issues. This role requires a deep
understanding of various technologies, including MS Teams, Active
Directory, hardware installation, Firewall, Cisco Routers,
Exchange, GPOs, MS O365, Integrations, and Deployment.
Responsibilities: Provide Tier 3 technical support,
troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Manage and maintain MS
Teams, Active Directory, hardware installation, Firewall, Cisco
Routers, Exchange, GPOs, MS O365, Integrations, and Deployment.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure swift resolution
of issues. Develop and implement strategies for new technology
deployment. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and
manuals. Conduct training sessions to share knowledge with junior
team members and enhance their skills. Work closely with clients to
integrate our solutions with their existing IT infrastructure.
Monitor and manage system updates and ensure they are correctly
applied. Identify potential issues and proactively propose
efficient solutions. Participate in on-call rotation for
after-hours support. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of
experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
Proven experience with MS Teams, Troubleshooting, Active Directory,
hardware installation, Firewall, Cisco Routers, Exchange, GPOs, MS
O365, Integrations, and Deployment. Strong problem-solving skills
and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication
skills with the ability to explain technical issues to
non-technical users. Strong organizational and time management
skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Relevant
certifications in IT or related field will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a
fast-paced, highly professional environment. Demonstrated ability
to work as part of a team and independently. Proactive approach
with a strong drive to take on new challenges. Excellent customer
service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
