Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the global policies and regulations of the manufacturing sector Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to achieve workforce optimization Manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with legal and industrial standards Drive leadership development, performance management, and succession planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workforce requirements and ensure that staffing levels and skills meet the business needs Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive and fair Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department Analyze key HR metrics to ensure optimal department performance and provide strategic reports and insights to the executive team Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Profound knowledge of employment law, compliance, and industry regulations Experience with HR software and systems Ability to manage conflict and crisis situations effectively Strong organizational and time-management abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred Any other relevant industry-specific certifications
