positive friendly attitude! Payroll/Human Resources
SpecialistMansions Senior Living in Oklahoma City is seeking an
experienced Payroll/ HR Specialist to join our growing company. In
this role, you will oversee payroll operations, ensure accuracy and
integrity of data, oversee employee hiring and onboarding,
write-ups and terminations, maintain records and other
administrative Human Resources functions. Must possess advanced
analytical, math and problem solving skills, and advanced knowledge
of Excel.The Payroll/HR specialist is responsible for processing
payroll through ADP and accounts payable through QuickBooks
Enterprise, Yardi, benefits administration, leave programs,
streamlining processes, and other administrative functions. Must be
a critical thinker and problem solver that exercises good
judgement.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccurately processes
semi-monthly payroll using ADPAll functions of Human Resources
including but not limited to Maintains employee vacation accruals,
sick days, change of status, and salary increasesAdministers
benefits and provides thorough recordkeeping for: medical, dental,
COBRA, disability insurance, life insurance, workers compensations
and Simple IRA.Audits timesheets for accuracy and to ensure wages
and benefits are properly distributedDemonstrate respect for
interdepartmental confidentialityManage workflow to maximize
efficiencyRemain in compliance with all legal and institutional
requirements at all timesResearch, analyze, and resolve all
discrepancies, reporting to management as neededCompletes and
submits reports to executivesCreate and update a series of reports
or queries utilizing appropriate reporting toolsDevelop standard
reports for ongoing customer needsMaintain data integrity through
running queries and analyzing dataAssist with streamlining and
automating processesAudit and interpret data from imports into
online database against source documents to ensure
accuracyQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredExcellent
communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism.

organized, and detail orientedAbility to aid in maintaining the
