________________________________________ Job Summary The Regional
Lead Clinician provides leadership and direction for PPGP’s
advanced practice clinicians and takes an active role in the
administration, clinical practice, and development of clinical
oversight and quality assurance. The Regional Lead Clinician dually
reports to the Associate Medical Director and Health Center
Manager. The incumbent will require regular travel to PPGP’s Health
Centers in a particular state and may include occasional travel
through PPGP’s four-state region. The Regional Lead Clinician
provides training to new clinicians and performs assessments of
other clinicians for support, oversight, and compliance purposes.
Must have or be able to obtain valid license to practice in
Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma and a willingness to be in
collaborative practice with supervising physicians. For the
protection of patients, team members and all who enter our
facilities, PPGP has made the decision to require COVID-19
vaccination for all team members, unless granted medical or
religious exemption, as a condition of employment. ESSENTIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct patient care and examinations with
emphasis on the reproductive system including breast examinations,
pelvic examinations, cancer careening tests, contraceptive methods
(including IUC/IUDs), sexually transmitted infection diagnoses,
male services, transgender care and other specialized procedures
upon approval by the Medical Director. Works as a member of the
Health Services leadership team to ensure provision of evidence
based high quality, cost effective medical care and excellent
customer service. Follows PPGP and PPFA medical protocols and
guidelines and all state and federal regulations. Serves as a
coach, mentor, trainer and proctor to APC staff providers, giving
guidance in best practices and troubleshooting of medical services.
Partners with Health Services leadership on operational issues.
Partners with Health Services leadership team on operations issues
such as efforts to plan, implement, administer, and evaluate PPGP’s
medical services to maximize both cost-effectiveness and the
patient experience. Maintains all required licenses and continued
medical education requirements. Represents PPGP to consultative and
advisory bodies: to collaborating agencies, and at specific
institutions, as requested: participates in meetings, conferences,
etc., on behalf of PPGP and to further collaborative efforts with
these organizations and institutions. Represents PPGP in roles as
healthcare provider and as a PPGP leader. Provides back-up/on-call
accessibility when not on site at PPGP. ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS & ABILITIES Required Education and Experience Advanced
Practice Clinician either NP or PA licensed or able to be licensed
in AR/MO/KS/OK Experience in training and coaching peers Previous
experience in Family Planning and Women’s health. Knowledge of CDC
STD treatment guidelines and management of pap abnormalities.
Knowledge of management of early pregnancy complications. Preferred
Education and Experience Minimum 1 year experience in Family
Planning. Experience in Gender affirming care a plus. Three years
of experience as a Planned Parenthood clinician preferred, with
consistent passing audit scores. Must have or be able to obtain
valid license to practice in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and
Arkansas CPR/BLS certification Valid driver’s license. Complies
with all state Collaborative Practice Rules. Competencies Adapting

widely accepted, social standards. $118,000 - $124,000 a year Work
Week is 37.5 hours. Sign on bonus is payable in two installments:
$2,500 at the end of 60 days of successful employment and $5,000
after 12 months of successful employment. Annual Paid Time Off:
Vacation - 112.5 hours, Sick Leave - 48 hours, Holidays - 105 hours
which includes a full holiday week in December. Parental Leave:
After 12 months of full-time employment, employees are eligible for
paid parental leave which is 100% base salary for 6 weeks. Work
