Jackson Health Professionals, a leader in healthcare staffing, is seeking a qualified and dynamic Traveling OB/GYN Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, providing crucial imaging services that contribute to patient care management in obstetrics and gynecology. The role demands high professionalism and agility as you will be moving between facilities to meet operational needs. Perform ultrasound examinations to create fetal images for obstetric evaluations. Assist in gynecologic ultrasound assessments and procedures based on physician's orders. Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions. Travel between healthcare facilities to provide consistent, expert ultrasound services. Document and report all findings to the attending physician for further analysis and diagnosis. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Proficiency in the use of ultrasound equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with ethics and care Capacity to interpret sonographic images and provide accurate data Medical Insurance 401k Certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
