Job Description:

as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Stepdown/Critical Care unit. Our
RNs in this role are integral to our patient-focused approach,
providing advanced care to patients who are critically ill or in
unstable condition. You will work in a dynamic environment that

state-of-the-art facilities to deliver top-tier medical and
therapeutic interventions. This opportunity not only allows you to

development. Monitor and manage patient care to ensure appropriate
stepdown from critical care levels. Administer medications, track
symptoms and changes in patient conditions, and report necessary
adjustments. Support patient and family education regarding
post-critical care procedures and recovery. Maintain detailed
patient records and participate in daily rounds with healthcare
teams to ensure comprehensive communication. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient
treatments. Partake in continuous education to uphold high
standards of nursing practices and innovations in critical care.
Proficient in using medical software for patient management. Strong
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly skilled in
clinical interventions and patient monitoring. Adept at
multi-disciplinary coordination and critical decision-making.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
certification. CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification
is preferred.
