Job Description Pride Health is hiring for a Pharmacy Manager to
support our client’s facility at Tulsa, OK 74133. This is a direct

healthcare systems. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Pharmacy Manager to lead and oversee pharmacy operations within a
200-bed hospital setting. This leadership role is responsible for
operational management, regulatory compliance, staff supervision,
medication safety initiatives, and collaboration with hospital
leadership and clinical teams. Candidates with 3 years of hospital
leadership experience will be highly competitive. Key
Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Oversight Plan, organize,
and direct all pharmacy department activities Supervise pharmacy
staff (3–9 team members) including pharmacists and technicians
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development
Oversee technician workflow and training of new pharmacists and
technicians Clinical & Medication Management Review and verify
physician medication orders; ensure accurate entry into patient
medication profiles Conduct medication profile reviews and support
drug utilization evaluations (DUE) Monitor adverse drug reactions,
infection control, neuroleptic monitoring, and food-drug
interactions Provide clinical drug information to physicians and
nursing staff Compliance & Quality Assurance Perform audits of
automated dispensing cabinets to ensure medication accountability
Investigate and report discrepancies to nursing supervisors and
hospital leadership Support Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
reporting Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and
controlled substance monitoring Inventory & Financial Stewardship
Maintain cost-effective purchasing and inventory control Manage
formulary review and removal of slow/non-moving stock Prepare
departmental reports and assist with budget oversight
Interdepartmental Collaboration Serve as liaison between pharmacy,
administration, medical staff, and nursing leadership Frequently
interact with Director-level stakeholders and above Support
institutional patient care goals through medication management
initiatives Required Qualifications Education: Graduate of an
accredited School of Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent) Licensure:
Active Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy license Experience: 3–4
years of related pharmacy experience Hospital leadership experience

74133 Job Type: Direct Hire (Full-time) Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00
AM – 4:00 PM Pay Range: $130K – $210K/Annually (based on
