Job Description Travel Pharmacist – Inpatient & Infusion Services Location: Woodward, Oklahoma Pay: $3,342/week Contract Length: 12 Weeks Shift: Day Shift – 5x8s (07:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Alternating schedule: 07:00–15:30 and 09:00–17:30 Guaranteed Hours: Per contract Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations while also assisting with outpatient infusions and chemotherapy preparation. This role requires strong clinical judgment, IV compounding skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment. First-time travelers are welcome. Key Responsibilities Perform inpatient pharmacist duties including medication verification, dosing, and clinical monitoring Prepare outpatient infusions and chemotherapy treatments Compound sterile and hazardous medications following safety protocols Monitor high-alert medications and provide therapeutic drug monitoring Support anticoagulation, renal dosing, pediatric dosing, and pharmacokinetic services Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care Utilize Epic for documentation and workflow management Float within scope of practice as needed to support facility operations Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Pharmacist experience PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Active Oklahoma Pharmacy License (must be in hand at submission) BLS Certification Experience with inpatient acute care pharmacy Chemotherapy preparation experience IV compounding experience Preferred: Chemo/Hazardous Drug Certification IV Certification Additional Details Travelers must live more than 75 miles from assignment location Driver’s license or state ID and recent utility bill required at submission Maximum 5 days of requested time off COVID and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only) Floating within scope may be required Patient Population Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics Average daily census: 20 Average visits per day: 15 Beds: 82
