Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Ortho RN to
join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on a travel assignment. As a

compassionate practice. Provide comprehensive nursing care to
orthopedic patients, ensuring all specific treatments are
administered in accordance with established policies. Coordinate
with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
Monitor patient response to treatment and make necessary
adjustments in patient care plans. Educate patients and their
families on post-treatment home care needs, self-administration of
medication, and rehabilitation. Maintain accurate and detailed
reports and records of patient's condition and care provided.
Ensure the effective and efficient use of hospital resources while
adhering to compliance regulations and safety protocols. Advanced
knowledge of orthopedic nursing practices and procedures. Excellent
patient management skills and empathy. Strong organizational and
multi-tasking skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in using medical software and patient management
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Oklahoma or the ability to obtain. BLS certification is required.
Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred but not
mandatory.
