Evaluate patient conditions based on their medical histories and physical assessments. Develop and implement specialized rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families on treatments and home exercises. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
