Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for patients in the emergency department. Monitor patient condition, detect changes, and respond with appropriate interventions. Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment, and prevention. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Document all patient care activities concisely and accurately. Exceptional clinical skills in an emergency room setting Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining a calm demeanor Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or RN Compact license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) certification is beneficial
