Subject Line: Registered Nurse / Critical Care - $2,100 to $2,300 per week in Lawton, OK Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Lawton, OK Agency: RadGov, Inc Pay: $2100- $2300/week for traveler / Local pay rate :$61 Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Location: Lawton, OK Assignment: 13 Weeks | Night 3x12-Hour Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Pay Package Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $929.60 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $1,404.00 Weekly Overtime Pay (Taxable) $0.00 Weekly Gross $2,333.60 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, coordinates treatment plans, and supports patients and families through assessment, education, and advocacy. The RN works collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Provide emotional support to patients and families Qualifications & Requirements Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Graduation from an accredited nursing program Licensure & Certification Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred or required depending on unit) Experience 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates may apply depending on facility) Experience in specialty area (e.g., ICU, ER, Pediatrics) preferred for specialized units Skills & Competencies Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Compassionate and patient-centered approach Work Environment Hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, outpatient centers, or home health settings May require standing for long periods and lifting patients Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays Apply now to start your next travel adventure!
