Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Certification in healthcare quality or patient safety Responsibilities: Supervise and manage hospital staff, including nurses, aides, and administrative personnel Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during your shift Skills: As a House Supervisor at WCH, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
