Supervisor at Wagoner Community Hospital (WCH), you will play a
critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare
facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
activities of the hospital, including managing staff, ensuring
compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and clean
environment for patients and staff. Your leadership and
problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring that our
hospital runs efficiently and effectively. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field 3
years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of healthcare
regulations and standards Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree
in healthcare administration or related field 5 years of experience
in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting Experience with
electronic medical records (EMR) systems Certification in
healthcare quality or patient safety Responsibilities: Supervise
and manage hospital staff, including nurses, aides, and
administrative personnel Ensure compliance with all healthcare
regulations and standards Maintain a clean and safe environment for
patients and staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
to ensure the best possible patient care Handle any issues or
emergencies that arise during your shift Skills: As a House
Supervisor at WCH, you will need to have strong leadership and
communication skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate
with other healthcare professionals. You will also need to have a
deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards to
ensure compliance. Additionally, proficiency with electronic
medical records (EMR) systems and certification in healthcare
quality or patient safety would be beneficial. Your problem-solving
skills will be essential in handling any issues or emergencies that
arise during your shift. Overall, your role as a House Supervisor
