Delivery Registered Nurse A hospital in Oklahoma City, OK is
seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a
13-week travel contract supporting a Level I Labor & Delivery unit.
This role involves providing comprehensive maternal and newborn
care in a fast-paced acute care environment. Assignment Details: -
Contract Length: 13 weeks - Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts -
Hours: 36 hours per week - Weekly Pay: $2,650 Responsibilities: -
Provide direct nursing care to laboring, delivery, and postpartum
patients - Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes
in condition - Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood
products per provider orders - Assist physicians and midwives
during labor, delivery, and emergency procedures - Document patient
assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic medical
record - Educate patients and families on labor, delivery,
postpartum care, and discharge instructions - Coordinate care with
interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks to support staff -
Maintain compliance with patient safety standards, infection
control, and hospital policies Requirements: - Active Oklahoma RN
license or compact (eNLC) license - BLS and ACLS (AHA) -
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification - Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP – Advanced Provider or Instructor) -
Level I Labor & Delivery experience required - Strong assessment,
communication, and critical thinking skills Education: - Associate
Degree in Nursing required - BSN or MSN preferred • Medical &
