Job Description:

Pathologist to join our team. This position will offer you the
opportunity to work within our network of inpatient rehabilitation
hospitals and home health agencies, providing expert speech therapy
services to a diverse patient population. At Encompass Health, you

requires a compassionate professional with the ability to adapt to
different therapy settings and patient needs. Assess, diagnose, and
treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency
disorders. Implement tailored treatment plans and monitor patient
progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about
speech disorders and communication strategies. Maintain accurate
records and documentation of patient treatments. Participate in
continuing education to improve patient care. Strong understanding
of speech-language pathology principles and practices. Ability to
communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Skills in documentation and patient record keeping. Proficient in
the use of speech therapy technology. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) by the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
