Stepdown RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73505! Job Opportunity – Step-Down
Unit (SDU) Registered Nurse – Oklahoma Start Date: February 12,
2026 Location: Lawton, Oklahoma Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week
schedule; no block scheduling – flexibility required; float
capability to Med/Surg or ER for CVCU/Med Surg holds as needed
Highlights: Specialized Step-Down Unit focusing on cardiac and
vascular patients including STEMI/NSTEMI, chest pain rule-out, CHF,
and post-cardiothoracic surgery care Work with advanced cardiac
therapies including noninvasive ventilation, antiarrhythmic IV
medications, and peripheral vascular compromise management No
on-call requirements Dynamic environment with opportunity to float
to Med/Surg or ER units Structured 6-week scheduling rotation with
weekend coverage built in Requirements: Active Oklahoma RN license
Minimum 2 years of Step-Down Unit (SDU) experience (required) ACLS
certification (required) NIHSS certification (required) Ability to
float to Med/Surg or ER to accept CVCU/Med Surg holds (required)
