Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Tahlequah, OK Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $280 to $290 per hour Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position We are actively seeking an experienced Locum Emergency Medicine Physician for an excellent opportunity in Tahlequah, Oklahoma . Schedule 12-hour shifts 3 shifts per week Mix of days and nights Day shifts: 7a–7p, 8–8, 10–10, 11–11, 12–12 Night shifts: 7p–7a Mostly days, with some nights required Facility & Volume Combined ED Urgent Care volume: 200–230 patients/day 33 total beds (13 ED, 20 ED Observation) Double physician coverage Average 16–22 patients per physician depending on acuity Expected 2.5–3 patients per hour Cerner EH Support On-Site 24/7 Pediatrics and Hospitalist in-house Specialty backup: Ortho, STEMI, ENT, Podiatry, Nephrology (no inpatient dialysis), OB, Behavioral Health Requirements MD/DO with active Oklahoma license Emergency Medicine board certified or board eligible FM-boarded physicians with solid ED experience will be considered Minimum 2 years ED or Urgent Care experience Comfortable treating all ages and managing acute & chronic cases Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays Requirement: BLS, ACLS, PALS DEA CV 3 professional references
