Job Description Job Description Job Title: Nursing Manager of Cardiovascular ICU Job Description As the Nursing Manager of the Cardiovascular ICU, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's mission and values. Your leadership will be instrumental in advocating for quality patient care, exceptional customer service, and efficient healthcare delivery. As a vital member of the management team, you will participate in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development to ensure the delivery of effective and quality patient care. Responsibilities Promote the mission and values of the organization. Advocate for quality patient care and excellent customer service. Participate in system planning, budgeting, and manpower planning. Develop and implement programs to enhance patient care. Ensure the delivery of efficient, effective, and quality healthcare. Essential Skills Bachelor’s in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. Current RN license or a license deemed acceptable by the State Board of Nursing. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer. 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in the area of specialty. Certification in a clinical specialty. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Ardent benefits - active first day of the month after 30 days of employment Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Tulsa,OK.
