Job Description Job Description We areseeking an experienced
Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to provide temporarycoverage at
a reputable hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This
assignmentoffers the opportunity to work in a dynamic emergency
department that serves adiverse patient population while
collaborating with a well-supported clinicalteam. Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope Emergency Medicine care, including evaluation,
diagnosis, and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries Manage
high-acuity presentations, stabilize critical patients, and
coordinate transfers as needed Collaborate with specialists,
nursing staff, and ancillary teams to ensure optimal patient
outcomes Perform ED procedures typical for emergency care
(suturing, intubation, central lines, splinting, etc.) Document
encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (FM/IM with
EM experience may be considered based on facility preference)
Active Tennessee Medical License (or willingness to obtain) Active
DEA Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Chattanoogais known
as the “Scenic City” for its mountain views, outdoor recreation,
