ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours,
nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or
Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years
of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must
be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon
successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral
bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Adult Job Details: •
Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Patient ratio
of 1:5 • 1 year medical-surgical experience required • Must be
willing to float to other Med-Surg units as necessary • Develop and
implement total nursing care through assessment, nursing diagnosis,
and patient care plans • Provide care to patients across all age
groups including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and
geriatrics • Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
• Perform nursing procedures including changing dressings,
inserting catheters, and starting IVs • Adjust specialized medical
equipment and interpret/record measurements • Monitor patient vital
signs and report adverse medication reactions in timely manner •
Provide leadership and work cooperatively with ancillary nursing
and patient care team • Maintain standards for professional nursing
practice in clinical setting • Will not accept applicants with any
