(Nights) Position: The LPN MedSurg (Nights) role involves
delivering patient care under the guidance of licensed
professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN), employing the nursing
process to guarantee high-quality medical assistance. Key
responsibilities encompass upholding patient rights, ensuring
confidentiality, and collaborating with various departments to

position utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care under
the supervision of individuals licensed by a state regulatory board
to prescribe treatments and medications, or under the direction of
an RN. The LPN is accountable for the care provided to assigned
patients and works in conjunction with other departments to ensure
comprehensive patient care while safeguarding patient rights and
confidentiality. Position Details: The LPN MedSurg (Nights) will
apply the nursing process to provide care under the supervision of
licensed personnel or an RN. This role requires maintaining
professional accountability for the care of assigned patients and
coordinating with other departments to ensure effective patient
management while respecting patient rights and confidentiality.
Qualifications: Education: Completion of a nursing program
(Associate's Degree or Diploma). Licensure: Must obtain and
maintain a current LPN license in the state of employment or hold
compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing
requirements. Certifications: Required to possess an American Heart
Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course during
the probationary period. ACLS and BLS certifications are necessary
