Job Description:
Mercy Hospital Watonga Department: Med Surg Status: Full Time
(36 hrs/wk) Shift: Days BeAMercyNurse Incentives: - Sign-On Bonus:
- Up to $20,000 for experienced nurses with 1 year of experience,
available for select departments and full-time positions. - $10,000
for new graduate RNs, available for full-time positions - Stay

Differentials Overview: We are a Critical access hospital with 30
Swing beds along with our Emergency department. We work together to
restore patients to their highest level of independence in
preparation to return home after hospitalization. We are a
multi-disciplinary team that strives to bring that personal touch
to healthcare, and serve the rural area of Watonga, OK.
Qualifications: - Education: Graduate of an accredited registered
professional nursing program - Licensure: Is personally responsible
for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the
hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are
performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. -
Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to
push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position
requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position
requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
to perform duties - Certifications: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life
Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of
course within 30 days of hire - Other unit specific certifications
as required or acquisition of certification within department
required timeframe.
