LI-Onsite Job Summary: Directs and leads the delivery of
cardiodiagnostic services. Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities Develops and leads the implementation of
policies, procedures and initiatives for cardiodiagnostics
services. Develops departmental goals and standards consistent with
medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the
health care delivery system. Prepares departmental budget and
ensures that department operates within allocated funds. Develops,
implements, and monitors plan for patient care services in assigned
department. Serves as a liaison between the service area and other
department leaders. Maintain department facilities and equipment in
a condition to promote efficiency, health, comfort and safety of
patients and staff. Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies.
Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Performs
other duties as assigned. Education Master's degree preferred ,
Bachelor's degree required Experience Seven years' experience, with
five years in direct people management/leadership required Required
Professional License and/or Certifications Basic Life Support
HealthCare Provider ( BLS HCP ) - American Heart Association (AHA)
AND ARRT-R Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT), ARRT-T Radiation Therapy - American Registry
of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Certified Cardiac
Rehabilitation Professional ( CCRP ) - American Association of
Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) - American
Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
(AACVPR), Registered Cardiac Sonographer ( RCS ) - Cardiovascular
Credentialing International (CCI), Registered Cardiovascular
Invasive Specialist ( RCIS ) - Cardiovascular Credentialing
International (CCI), or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer -
Adult Echocardiography ( RDCS-AE ) - American Registry for
