Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: 12 weeks - 34 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN – Medical Telemetry - Tulsa, OK - Shift: 18:30 – 07:00 (night) Unit Description: - 28-bed unit serving adult cardiopulmonary patients and neuro overflow - Cardiac telemetry and continuous pulse oximetry - Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5–6 - Support staff: PCTs, Healthcare Unit Coordinator - Virtual sitter monitoring and monitor techs available Job Responsibilities: - Direct nursing care per hospital policies and protocols - Monitor and communicate patient condition - Coordinate care with all disciplines - Execute physician/nursing orders - Discharge planning support - Requires critical thinking, judgment, minimal supervision - Must work well in stressful environments - Follows Standard Precautions and PPE requirements Certifications Required: - BLS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
