Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic RN leader to positively impact patient care
and staff at our New Orleans location.
Coordinate and schedule daily workloads, maximizing agency
personnel efficiency.
Supervise district nurses and Home Health Aides to ensure service
quality and standards.
Perform case management as needed and evaluate staff performance
regularly.
Assess client needs and home care appropriateness through initial
screening reviews.
Qualifications include a current Louisiana RN license, home health
experience with regulatory knowledge, proficiency in Home Care Home
Base and Pointcare, and leadership in patient service.
