Job Description:
We are seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based
ABA therapy with flexible hours and competitive pay.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs based on data
and client progress.
Supervise and train RBTs, collaborate with treatment teams, and
communicate effectively with families.
Conduct assessments, initial intakes, and transition planning.
Qualifications include BCBA certification or exam within a month,
experience with developmental disabilities, reliable
transportation, and strong communication skills.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lbs and ability to
perform motor activities.
