Job Description:
The Inpatient Clinical Manager oversees Social Work/Case
Management across multiple inpatient settings, including a
psychiatric hospital and sub-acute units.
Supervises staff, manages daily operations, and ensures compliance
with clinical and regulatory standards.
Provides direct clinical services such as assessments, counseling,
and discharge planning.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive
patient care plans.
Leads quality improvement initiatives and manages departmental
projects.
Ensures legal and ethical documentation, manages budgets, and
coordinates external agency relationships.
Qualifications include a Master--------s in Social Work or
Counseling, licensure (LCSW or LPC), 5+ years clinical experience,
and supervisory experience.
Must meet physical demands, hold necessary certifications, and pass
background checks.
Adheres to nondiscrimination policies and provides accommodations
