Places to Work."Overview: Works Closely with Nursing Leaders
implementing strategic initiatives across Nursing Departments.
Primary duties assist with organizing, coordinating and operational
functions of the nursing departments. Collects and compiles
financial reports, revenue, and expenses. Participates in data
collection of Quality Metrics and assists in data entry and report
compilation. Assimilates data for nursing leadership review.
Responsible for maintaining accurate record of budgeted positions.
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with
our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance,
or other related discipline preferred. Associated degree, plus
other relevant experience and/or coursework Required. We Offer
