Job Title: Registered Nurse - PediatricsINTEGRIS Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Spencer, Oklahoma. As a Registered Nurse - Pediatrics, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to children and their families.Job Summary:The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.Responsibilities:

• Assess and reassess patients to develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of other healthcare team members
• Participate in on-call rotations and be available to provide care 24/7Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
