Immediate Hiring for Registered Nurse in Oklahoma City , OK

Job Description:

• Determines, develops and implements a plan of care based on accurate and comprehensive assessment of the member's needs through telephonic triaging.
• Coordinates follow ups, referrals.
• 15-30 calls for triaging each day
• Manage diabetes education
• Working with Medicaid patients
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 1+ years experience with in acute/managed care/hospital/Clinical setting as an RN is Mandatory
  • Diabetes experience Mandatory
  • Active RN license in the state of OK is Mandatory
