Position Overview
The Director of Facility Management is responsible for leading the
district's Facility Management department, overseeing management,
supervision, and professional direction of the organization. The
role involves effective communication within the department and
district, supporting educational processes through maintenance of
facilities, equipment, and grounds, and hiring, developing, and
retaining qualified staff.

Qualifications and Skills
Working Conditions
Physical effort required, including lifting 10-50 lbs., prolonged
sitting, standing, walking, and visual concentration. Punctuality
and reliable attendance are essential. Reasonable accommodations
will be provided as needed.
Employment Details
Full-time, exempt, twelve-month contract with annual renewal.
Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, with some evenings
as needed.
