Develops and implements supplier quality evaluation and control systems. Assures supplier process and product quality, including contractual, regulatory, and technical compliance. Interfaces directly with supplier personnel and must be knowledgeable in and capable of assessing both supplier quality and manufacturing processes and procedures. Conducts product and process verification activities, monitors supplier quality performance, and drives root cause corrective action analysis for supplier quality issues. Supports the maintenance of the approved supplier list and periodically reviews supplier performance to determine whether suppliers should remain on the approved list. Manages supplier requests for waivers, deviations and discrepancy reporting process. Keeps management apprised of supplier performance, quality status, and risks. Coordinates and oversees Supplier Quality plan implementation through all program phases. Actively engages in supplier evaluation, qualification and selection as part of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) and as new procurements are required on existing programs. Manages implementation of Supplier Quality processes, including supplier approval activities, source selection evaluations, supplier classification designation (Critical, Key and Standard), development and execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans, and supplier quality requirements development and flow-downs. Travel to Supplier as needed to support the program. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, hardware and software development functions to ensure quality standards are in place Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction. Work schedule: Work schedule is 9X80 (Mon-Thursday every other Friday) Basic Qualifications: Principal Quality Analyst: 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD; experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 requirements Must have the ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance Experience with SAP Sr Principal Quality Analyst: 8 Years with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Year with PhD; experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 requirements Must have the ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance Experience with SAP Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of statistical process control Understanding of NADCAP certified processes Certified in lean and six-sigma quality engineering methodologies Experience with electronics, schematics, drawings, etc. MPR Primary Level Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $115,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $96,200.00 - $144,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
