Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team. This role involves configuring and testing payment systems, conducting refrigeration performance tests, and ensuring the quality and readiness of vending machines before shipment. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy in documentation. Responsibilities Configure payment systems, including coin mechanism, bill validator, and cashless reader according to specifications. Run refrigeration performance tests and complete defrost-cycle qualification using temperature logging devices. Analyze and upload temperature-cycle results into the designated tracking system. Conduct detailed functionality and appearance checks on vend motors, lighting, delivery bins, labeling, and door seals. Verify equipment configuration, serial number accuracy, and software version before shipment. Document all readiness testing, QC verification, and results for each machine. Stage completed machines for deployment, assist with packaging, and coordinate hand-off to Logistics for shipping or operator pickup. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely to move machines as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives for machine setup, test efficiency, and documentation accuracy. Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and diagnostic equipment. Essential Skills 1 years of experience in equipment assembly, technical service, or refrigeration systems. Skilled in installing equipment pieces. Understanding of refrigeration operation, temperature logging, and defrost-cycle performance. Forklift experience required; certification preferred. Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform basic electrical diagnostics. Proficient with digital reporting tools such as ZOHO, Excel, or similar. Mechanically inclined, organized, and safety-focused. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with assembly line processes and hand tools. Familiarity with the Android platform. Experience in warehousing and seated forklift operations. Ability to perform heavy lifting and general production tasks. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. You will be part of a small but rapidly growing team, currently expanding production. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
