At CF Industries, a global leader in the production of nitrogen products, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our dedicated team in Engineering & Maintenance. This role centers around enhancing our sustainable and safe production capabilities, utilizing cutting-edge technology to optimize plant operations and contribute to world-class manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will bring a sturdy background in chemical or mechanical engineering, paired with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency. Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve product quality, and ensure environmental compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and coordinate process-related modifications. Conduct process simulations and develop detailed process models to predict production outcomes. Prepare technical reports, document changes, and provide training to staff on new processes. Ensure all processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in process simulation software Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of chemical processing and mechanical systems Ability to manage projects and multitask effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred Six Sigma certification beneficial
