Heavy Equipment Technician position in Broken Arrow!Pay: $18.50 - $21/hr Based on ExperienceThis position is responsible for set-up and assembly of all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership.Preforms pre-delivery inspections and prepares equipment for delivery to the customer. May require some direction of guidance from Service Manager, Service Location Manager or Shop Foreman.General: This position requires mechanical knowledge and experience. Farm, Construction or Turf equipment.ResponsibilitiesAccurate pre-delivery, assembly and set-up of tractors, implements, skid steers, track loaders, excavators and attachments.See that all units after the above operate and function as they should.Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repair performed on work orders and on time submittal of information.May participate in service education training programs required to perform job responsibilities.Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job.Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.Other task assigned by Management.Experience, Education, Skills and KnowledgeExperience operating vehicles, tools and equipment used in machinery per-delivery and set-up processes.Experience with basic computer functions.Experience working cooperatively in a team environment.Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities.Valid drivers license required.This Job Is:Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GEDA Fair Chance job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks)Open to applicants who do not have a college diplomaThe skills and abilities, qualifications and physical requirements described are not intended to be a comprehensive list.
