Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is
available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in an elementary
school setting within Seminole, FL. This contract role, spanning
the current school year (CSY), requires on-site presence and offers
the opportunity to work in multiple Title 1 schools serving diverse
student populations, including those with autism spectrum disorders
(ASD) and exceptional student education (ESE) needs. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services across
three elementary schools, including Ballard Elementary, Sea Breeze
Elementary, and Abel Elementary (contract at Abel Elementary runs
March through May). Manage caseloads involving a range of students,
such as ESE pre-kindergarten, intensive ESE, ASD units, and
integrated pre-kindergarten classes. Write individualized education
plans (IEPs), conduct evaluations, and supervise as required.
Collaborate with school staff to support student communication
goals. Maintain compliance with district guidelines and reporting
requirements. Qualifications: Florida SLP License required;
preference for candidates holding a master's degree. Master's level
candidates are permitted to supervise internship activities, write
IEPs, and perform evaluations. Candidates holding Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) are preferred. Consideration given to
Clinical Fellows (CFY); candidates must meet licensing
requirements. Experience working with pediatric populations in
school settings is advantageous. Work Schedule and Location:
Full-time hours at three schools located in Seminole, FL. On-site
presence required. Contract duration through May 29, 2026, with
