Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Located in Chattanooga, TN,
this full-time contract position offers an opportunity for a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students within a
dynamic school district. The role is on-site, with no remote or
hybrid options, and spans from January 5, 2026, to May 21, 2026.
Work hours generally range from 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM with potential
flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 10-12
students requiring behavioral support Supervise 1-2 Registered
Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Participate in and successfully
complete four-day Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools
(TCIS) training, funded by the district Implement individualized
behavioral intervention plans following best practices Collaborate
with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize
student outcomes Maintain active and current BCBA licensure and
national certification Qualifications: Active BCBA licensure and
National Certification are mandatory Experience working in K-12
school settings preferred Strong ability to supervise and support
RBT staff Familiarity with TCIS or willingness to complete training
as required Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location:Chattanooga Area, Tennessee on-site assignment across
