Job Description:

Senior Dispatch Specialist Are you skilled at identifying subtle threats and making critical decisions in real time? As a Senior Dispatch Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding high-priority sites through expert monitoring, rapid situational analysis, and precise communication. You’ll be the eyes and voice behind the scenes, leading response efforts and ensuring swift, effective action. This is a fast-paced role requiring vigilance, composure, and professional communication. Ideal for individuals with prior experience in security, dispatch, or surveillance operations who are ready to step into a role with greater responsibility and impact. Key Responsibilities: Assess security alerts flagged by detection agents and determine appropriate, timely responses. Interpret detailed client protocols and account-specific procedures to guide decision-making. Monitor multiple live feeds using PTZ cameras to track and respond to potential threats in real time. Engage directly via talkdown speakers to deter unauthorized or suspicious behavior. Initiate outbound communication with keyholders, clients, or emergency responders when escalation is necessary. Manage inbound calls regarding real-time incidents, account updates, or coordinated response needs. Document and communicate events quickly and clearly using internal TEAMS channels. Update the Quality Control team with accurate site details, schedule changes, or system adjustments. What You Bring: Keen attention to detail – you notice what others miss and act with precision. Strong critical thinking and situational judgment – you remain calm and decisive under pressure. Clear and professional communication skills – both on the phone and in writing. Proven ability to work in high-stakes or sensitive environments, such as corporate security, public safety, or emergency response. Comfort with multi-platform systems – capable of navigating surveillance software, communication tools, and internal databases simultaneously. Experience with complex or high-volume surveillance systems or law enforcement/emergency dispatch coordination is a strong plus. Prior experience in security monitoring, emergency response, surveillance operations, or critical infrastructure protection is preferred. Why This Role Matters: You’re not just observing, you’re protecting. Your ability to detect, assess, and act decisively ensures that security breaches are prevented and escalations are handled with speed and precision. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on vigilance, discipline, and integrity. Ready to Take the Lead in Real-Time Security? If you're looking for a role where your decisions truly make a difference, we want to hear from you. Apply now to join a high-impact team that values focus, fast thinking, and a commitment to safety.
