Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a
Maintenance Manager role in Ponca City, OK. Our client is a
well-established industry leader known for innovation and a

operations. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage all
maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and
corrective maintenance programs. · Lead, train, and supervise
maintenance technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to
safety standards. · Develop and implement maintenance schedules to
minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. ·
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient
manner. · Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company
policies, and industry standards. · Manage maintenance budgets,
inventory of spare parts, and procurement of tools and equipment. ·
Collaborate with production and operations teams to support
continuous improvement initiatives. · Maintain accurate records of
maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. ·
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized
repairs and services. · Identify opportunities to improve equipment
efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset lifespan.
Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial
Maintenance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience
considered. · 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing
or industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership
role. · Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and
pneumatic systems. · Proven leadership, problem-solving, and
organizational skills. · Experience with CMMS (Computerized
Maintenance Management Systems) preferred. · Ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Strong
communication and team collaboration skills. · Commitment to
workplace safety and regulatory compliance. What We Offer: ·
