Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in facility management, is
seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As
a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the
Maintenance Department supporting the operations team. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving
skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Oklahoma City, OK Pay Range: $28- $29hr Shift:
7:30am-4:40pm What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and
repair facility equipment across all systems. Perform maintenance
and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life
Safety systems to ensure safety and efficiency. Monitor and
calibrate HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance
with standards. Respond to building emergencies during non-working
hours, demonstrating reliability and quick response skills.
Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance
activities for compliance and reporting purposes. What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2-4 years of experience
maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Experience
with work order management and CMMS systems. EPA 608 Type II
Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel. What's
